About the Author
Taylor Nelsen is an american native and a trained Pastry Chef, he studied at the Seattle Culinary Academy in 2007. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, he has been a lifelong cook and gardener. Taylor currently works as Head Baker at Diva Boutique Bakery, in Ballinspittle, Co. Cork, Ireland. He writes in two other Blogs for the bakery and Forage & Find, (see sidebar).
